Rules of stay and visits

Thank you for taking care of Can Camps. These rules guarantee rest, security and good coexistence on the farm.

Stay rules

  • Schedules. Entry between 18:00 y 23:00. Departure before 12:00. If you need another schedule, consult us in advance.
    Please keep silence between 22:00 y 9:00.
  • Capacity and registration. Only the number of people indicated in the reservation is accommodated. (including minors). Overnight stays for non-registered people are not allowed..
  • Bathrooms and sanitation. Do not throw wipes, compresses, cotton or other items to the toilet; solo toilet paper. Use the trash enabled.
  • Cooking and cleaning. Leave the kitchen tidy, no food leftovers or dirty utensils. Separate waste according to containers (organic, packaging, paper and glass).
    For long stays, we can schedule a change of clothes and towels.
  • Chimney. Use with grille/firewall, without leaving it on when you are away or during sleep. Do not burn plastic or food scraps. The cold ashes to your metal bucket.
  • Respect for the environment. Can Camps is a livestock and forestry farm: respect fences and livestock, do not feed animals, do not pick up flora or leave cigarette butts.
    During times of fire risk there may be fire/BBQ restrictions. Consult us before turning on anything.
  • Pets. Allowed with supplement and prior notice. Don't leave them alone, do not climb on sofas or beds and collect excrement on the property.
  • Coexistence. Parties or loud music prohibited. Avoid noise outdoors from 22:00. The organization may terminate a stay for serious non-compliance.
  • Security. Monitor minors next to the fireplace and outdoors. Close windows/doors when leaving. In emergency call 112.

Visiting regulations (unhoused people)

  • Prior authorization. All visits must be communicated and authorized by the property before accessing..
  • Time. Daytime visits between 10:00 y 21:00. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
  • Aforo. Maximum 2 visitors per accommodation simultaneously and without exceeding the total authorized capacity of the property.
  • Permitted areas. Main use of exteriors and day areas. Access to bedrooms or the use of household linen is not permitted..
  • Events. Parties are prohibited, celebrations and commercial or audiovisual production activities without written agreement.
  • Parking. One vehicle per accommodation unless authorized. Respect signage and access to the property.
  • Responsibility. The person holding the reservation is responsible for the behavior of their visitors and any damage caused..
In case of high occupancy or for security reasons, the farm may limit or deny visits. Thank you for always letting us know in time.
